    Before to publish a more detailled post, the solution can be find inside the plugin source as in line #879. Here in tag assign admin page, the plugin display the group (and check the checkbox if belong to group) of each tag : if (is_object_in_term($tag->term_id,TAXOTIDYTAGS,$groupid))…
